During this process and correspondence, the provisions under the heading "Criminal Investigations Procedure" in Article 53 of the Higher Education Law are applied in disciplinary investigations. In addition, petitions for complaints on various issues submitted to the Rectorate from within or outside the University are sent to the relevant person or units, and necessary answers are given to the relevant authority or persons within the scope of the information and explanations received.
