Duties of our Legal Consultancy Department;

 

a) To defend the rights of our university by representing our university as a proxy before the judicial and administrative courts in disputes with the personnel, students, other persons and institutions,

 

b) To provide consultancy on the execution of the administrative acts of our university in accordance with the current legislation and on other legal issues,

 

c) To make the transactions and correspondence of the Disciplinary Criminal Bureau operating under our consultancy,

 

d) To follow up the execution files in the Enforcement Directorates,

 

e) It can be stated as providing legal consultancy in the answers given to the applications made within the scope of the Right to Information Law.

 

Even if they are students or staff of our university, our Consultancy does not have the authority to provide consultancy services on special issues other than administrative matters or to follow the cases of private individuals.
